Outstanding Achievements

Vimala Public School in Thodupuzha takes immense pride in celebrating the outstanding achievements of its students in various competitions and events. These achievements not only showcase the talents and dedication of our students but also reflect the high standards of education we uphold.

Anandkrishnan CA and Shreyas S secured the first prize in a quiz competition conducted by Saint Stephen Besania School, Chelad. This remarkable feat earned them a cash prize of Rs. 5,000 along with a certificate.

They also excelled in the Kargil Santosh Kumar Memorial quiz competition, securing a cash prize and further enhancing their knowledge.

Anandhakrishnan CA and Shreyas emerged victorious, clinching the first prize in this competition. Their exceptional performance was rewarded with a cash prize of Rs. 2,000.

Anandkrishnan CA and Albin Noel showcased their brilliance by securing the first prize in the Newman Science Quiz. They received Rs. 3,000 and a certificate for their achievement.
Vignesh S Menon and Shyam Sharan also made their mark, securing the second place with a cash prize of Rs. 1,500.

Vignesh S and Vishnu PG exhibited their mathematical prowess, securing the second place in the Maths Quiz competition conducted by St. Joseph College. Their efforts were rewarded with Rs. 2,000 and certificates.

Sivendu S of class 10 demonstrated exceptional talent by securing multiple prizes in Kerala Taagan 2022, both at the zonal and district levels. Her achievements included first prizes in Hindustani classical and Malayalam recitation at the zonal level and second prizes in mappilapattu and light music. In the district level, she secured the second prize for light music and classical music and the third prize for Malayalam recitation.

Bisti Joshi of class 12 displayed remarkable consistency by securing the first prize in the shooting competition conducted by the Rifle Club consecutively in 2021, 2022, and 2023.

The school’s football team emerged as champions in the Newman Football Tournament 2022.
Joseph J was recognized as the best football player in the Human Football Tournament 2022.

The school received a cash prize of Rs. 5,000 and a certificate for its remarkable performance in Malayala Manorama Nalla Paadam 2021-2022.

Our students participated in the Sahodaya Competition 2022 and achieved notable prizes in various categories.

Winners of Sahodaya:

• Haniya P Assis of Class X secured the first prize for essay writing.
• Alen Babu and Abhinand P S of Class XI excelled in the power point presentation, securing the first prize.
• Beegum Fatima of Class XI secured the second prize for Collage.
• Benita Biju of Class XII showcased her writing prowess, securing the first prize for Hindi Story writing and the second prize for Hindi Recitation. She further secured the second prize for Hindi Story Writing at the State Level.
• Christia Reji of Class XI displayed her musical talents by securing the third prize in Light Music at the State Level.
• Don Siby secured the first prize in Malayalam Extempore.
• Gokulkrishna secured the third prize in Watercolour.
• Gouri Aji of Class XI secured the first prize in Classical Music and Recitation.
• Joyal C George secured the third prize in Cartoon, while Sanika Ramesh secured the second prize for Collage.
